GIPS Consultancy is seeking a Collections Executive in Hyderabad to manage overdue accounts and liaise with customers to secure payments. The role emphasizes debt recovery, relationship building, and meeting collection targets.

You will contact clients through phone, email, or mail to pursue outstanding debts and maintain records of collections activity. The ideal candidate has an understanding of BFSI processes and holds an undergraduate degree, with strong communication skills and resilience

Qualifications

• UG: Any Graduate.
• Experience in debt collection or customer-facing roles is desirable.
• Familiarity with BFSI processes is a plus.
