Job summary

ESAF Small Finance Bank in Puducherry is hiring a Customer Service Officer for micro banking. Freshers are welcome; qualification can be Plus two or any degree, with age 20–30 for males and up to 35 for females.

You will identify Sangam groups (Joint Liability Groups), coordinate with Unit Managers for Sangam formation, add new members, collect installments on schedule, and complete documentation and reporting as required.
