PAIX Services in Chennai, India is seeking a Denial Coding Specialist to review denied claims and provide coding corrections and recommendations to AR teams. The role requires strong ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding knowledge and familiarity with US Healthcare/RCM.

You will ensure coding guideline compliance, identify denial reasons, and deliver data-driven insights to support claim resolution. CPC/CCS/CIC certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT and HCPCS coding.
• Experience in denial coding, coding audits and coding review.
• Good understanding of claim denials from a coding standpoint.
• Exposure to US Healthcare / RCM.
• Strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review denied claims from a coding perspective

• Identify coding-related denial reasons
• Provide coding suggestions/recommendations to AR Caller team
• Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and payer requirements
• Maintain quality and accuracy standards

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS coding
• Experience in denial coding / coding audits / coding review
• Good understanding of claim denials from coding standpoint
• Exposure to US Healthcare / RCM
• Strong analytical skills

Preferred:

• Certification: CPC / CCS / CIC (preferred)
• Experience in multi-specialty coding
