The Microsoft 365 Domain Specialist role is accountable for the day-to-day operation, governance, and continuous improvement of core Microsoft 365 services, with a strong focus on SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and associated collaboration platforms. Working closely with Architecture, Service Management, Security, and external partners, the role ensures M365 services are stable, secure, and aligned to enterprise standards. The focus is on platform operations, adoption support, and governance rather than deep solution design or development. The role ensures SharePoint and M365 services continue to deliver a consistent, high-quality user experience while supporting safe and effective adoption of Copilot and light-touch automation capabilities through the Power Platform.
