Sr. Tech Staff Associate CNC Turning

Role & Responsibilities

1. CNC Turning on CNC Machines with SIEMENS & Heidenhain Controllers or Operating Heavy Machines (VMC, HMC) for Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc, Spinner, DMG, Mikron Machining Centres
2. Precision turning of components and sub-assemblies of close tolerances
3. Knowledge of drawing reading, cutting tools and parameters
4. Maintaining data sheets for cycle time analysis and cycle time reduction
5. Identifying and implementing Kaizens for productivity improvement
6. Preparing in process inspection reports, SOPs, TPM Charts
7. Awareness of quality systems like AS9100, OHSE
8. TPM and Housekeeping

Essential
