Job summary

AviationSpace in Hyderabad seeks a skilled CNC Operator to read and interpret technical drawings and operate CNC Lathe and Milling machines with Siemens controls. You will read and write CNC 2D programs, implement adjustments to programs (including offsets, wear and geometry), and perform self-inspections using Vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

• Read and Understand Technical Drawings.
• Operate CNC Lathe/Milling Machine (Siemens control).
• Able to Read and write CNC 2D Program.
• To Perform Necessary Adjustments to CNC Machine Program. (Including Offset Wear & Geometry).
• Perform Self Inspection using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Ring Gauge, Plug Gauge and Pin Gauge.
• Perform Daily Maintenance on the Machinery.
