Cluster University of Srinagar (CUS), located at Gogji‑Bagh, Srinagar, has issued a second re‑advertisement notice inviting applications for the prestigious position of Assistant Professor in the following specialised disciplines.
Pay Level 10 (₹57,700 - 1,82,400).
• Master’s degree with at least 55 % marks (or equivalent) in the relevant subject, with 5 % relaxation for reserved categories.
• For Management Studies, specialization must be in Human Resource Management (HRM).
• Candidates must have cleared NET/SLET/SET or possess a Ph.D. degree in accordance with UGC regulations. Exemptions apply to Ph.D. holders registered prior to July 11, 2009, or those with degrees from top‑ranked foreign universities (QS/THE/ARWU top 500).
• Application processing fee: Rs. 1500.

The university will shortlist 20 candidates per post for the interview stage based on a merit point system. Points are awarded for academic records (Graduation, Post‑Graduation, M.Phil, Ph.D.), research publications, teaching/post‑doctoral experience, and national/international awards. Teaching experience gained as guest faculty, trainee, or through distance mode (IGNOU/MANU) will not be entertained. Appointment is provisional and subject to rigorous document verification.
