Vriddhi4u Hr Services is seeking a Cluster Manager/Head - Direct Channel in Kolkata to lead 24 units and drive cluster-level business growth in life insurance sales. The role demands a strong sales leader with exposure to direct/alternate/DSF/agency channel and a strategic mindset.

You will build teams, optimize productivity, ensure compliance and customer focus, and partner with senior leadership to scale revenue across the cluster. MBA preferred, 5+ years in BFSI required.

Qualifications

• Graduate; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience managing multiple units in Life Insurance / BFSI
• Strong leadership, sales execution and analytical skills
• Good understanding of digital platforms & CRM tools
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
