The successful applicant will be responsible for analyzing credit risk metrics, recommending policies, and managing vendor relations. You will be involved in budgeting and productivity analysis, as well as tracking management-related projects. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience with dashboards.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in central underwriting for used car loans.
• Experience in credit policy or central credit-related work.
• Experience analyzing dashboards and credit risk parameters.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of credit risk metrics from dashboard.
• Recommending policies, advisories, and SOP.
• Monthly review of credit function.
• Budgeting, per file cost, manpower planning, productivity analysis.
• Tracking management-related projects like co-lending.
• Simulation for setting targets to quarterly variable pay, QC of incentive dashboard.
• Managing tasks related to concurrent audit, hindsight, etc.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in Central underwriting For Used Car Loans
• Having experience in Credit Policy (or) experience in Central Credit related works
• Having experience of Analyzing dashboards and credit risk parameters
