• Lead the evaluation and adoption of new cloud-native technologies to improve development workflows.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to build cloud expertise.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align cloud platform strategies with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java (Programming Language), Python (Programming Language), Node.js.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture and deployment models.
• Experience with automation and orchestration tools in cloud environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud platform performance.
• Familiarity with security best practices in cloud infrastructure.
