Pure Storage India Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Cloud Native Technical Services Engineer to lead deployment and scaling of Portworx data services for enterprise clients. You’ll bridge engineering and customer teams to resolve complex cloud-native challenges across multi-cloud environments.

You will own end-to-end technical support, participate in onboarding, and create knowledge resources. A strong background in Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and IaC tools is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing technical support or SRE roles within enterprise software.
• Deep knowledge of container orchestration and cloud ecosystems.
• Proficiency with IaC and DevOps tools; strong Linux troubleshooting.

THE ROLE

As a Technical Services Engineer for Portworx® by Everpure™, you will empower innovators and enterprise customers to seamlessly deploy and scale multi-cloud data services for Kubernetes and containerized applications. In this high-impact role, you will redefine the cloud-native storage experience by bridging deep technical expertise with direct customer engagement. You will serve as a technical expert across all deployment phases, partnering closely with customer engineers, account teams, and core R&D to solve complex cloud-native architecture challenges.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Drive Enterprise Customer Success: Deliver end-to-end technical expertise across all stages of Portworx® deployment and production environments, ensuring rapid issue resolution, minimal downtime, and maximum platform reliability for key enterprise accounts.
• Perform Complex Problem Diagnosis & Triage: Analyze application workflows, system logs, and containerized workloads across public/private cloud stacks to isolate, reproduce, and resolve multi-layer technical issues alongside engineering teams.
• Enable Pre-Sales and Onboarding: Partner with field systems engineers to guide technical installation, integration, and proof-of-concept (POC) execution for prospective and onboarding enterprise clients.
• Scale Organizational Knowledge: Author and maintain high-impact knowledge base articles, technical documentation, and FAQ guides to build self-service capabilities for customers and streamline internal support workflows.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Demonstrable expertise in customer-facing technical support, site reliability engineering (SRE), or cloud systems engineering within enterprise software environments.
• Deep practical knowledge of container orchestration platforms (such as Kubernetes, OpenShift, or VMware Tanzu) and major public cloud ecosystems (such as AWS or Azure).
• Proficiency with modern Infrastructure-as-Code and DevOps tools (such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet) and Linux to troubleshoot complex software stacks and automation workflows.
• Outstanding cross-functional communication and technical consultation skills, with a track record of effectively managing customer escalations and translating technical challenges into actionable engineering solutions.
• Flexibility to participate in team shift structures and on-call rotation schedules as required to support mission-critical global infrastructure.
• We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
