Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Gurugram seeks an experienced engineer to drive system integration and verification of Ericsson NFVI/CNIS solutions within Telco core networks. You will build proficiency in key NFVI products and collaborate on PoC projects in emerging areas like 5G, IoT, and edge computing.

You will contribute to service delivery, deployment, integration, and upgrades of the Ericsson Telco Cloud while leveraging cloud concepts and virtualization expertise+

Qualifications

• Understanding of Cloud concepts and virtualization.
• At least intermediate level proficiency in Unix/Linux.
• At least 5 years of IP networking/integration experience with CISCO, Juniper, etc.
• Kubernetes with CKA certification is mandatory.
• Exposure to NFVI/CNIS domain and Ericsson NFVI/CNIS products.
• Experience in system installation, integration and verification with good troubleshooting skills.
• Nice to have Python/Ansible/Shell scripting skills.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Willingness to work as per project timezone.

• Develop proficiency in Ericsson NFVI/CNIS products (ECCD, CCD, SDI, SDI3, CEE) for deployment.
• Participate in PoC projects with Cloud PDU on 5G, IoT, Edge NFVI, Distributed Cloud initiatives.
• Service delivery of cloud solutions including deployment, integration and upgrade of Ericsson Telco Cloud.

Requirements

• Understanding of Cloud concepts/ Virtualization.
• At least intermediate level proficiency in Unix/ Linux.
• At least 5 years of IP Networking (integration skills) experience on CISCO, Juniper, Extreme. HP... switches
• Kubernetes with CKA (linux foundation) - Must
• Exposure to NFVI / CNIS domain and capable to quickly ramp-up to Ericsson NFVI/ CNIS products.
• Have experiences of system installation, Integration and verification with good investigation and trouble shooting skills
• Python/ Ansible/ Shell scripting skills are added plus.
• Good Inter-personal skills along with Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
• Task oriented, self-driven & adaptability to work in cross functional teams.
• Willingness to work as per project Timezone is must.
