Investis Digital is seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to join our cloud infrastructure and DevOps team in a 24x7 production environment. You will manage cloud environments, application servers, and automation workflows, with emphasis on troubleshooting and optimization.

The role requires hands-on experience with AWS services, Jenkins, Docker, and scripting in PowerShell and Shell. Rotational shifts are part of the schedule, and you will collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2-7 years of experience in Cloud/System Administration.
• Strong knowledge of AWS tools and services.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Shell scripting.
• Hands-on with Jenkins, Docker, SSL, DNS.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain IIS/Apache/Nginx web servers.
• Deploy and configure .NET applications on IIS/Apache/Nginx with SSL integration.
• Analyze logs and troubleshoot application/server issues.
• Manage Windows and Linux OS environments, including upgrades and patches.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Shell scripting.
• Ensure SLA-based resolution of incidents and changes.
• Configure AWS services (EC2, Route53, ALB, S3, CloudFront, ECS, VPC, RDS, AWS certificates, and Docker).
• Work with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Docker).
• Handle networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, SSL/TLS).
• Provide production support in a 24x7 environment, including rotational shifts.
