We’re looking for a skilled candidate who can assist our team and perform comprehensive cloud platform management, troubleshooting, and support across Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure, including cybersecurity, cloud application development, software development lifecycle participation, incident management, operational tool development, and system management. Familiarity with networking and Linux administration would be a valued addition.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, monitor, and handle GCP and Azure platforms.
• Triage and troubleshoot issues on GCP and Azure, participate in on‑call rotations, and address urgent issues promptly.
• Provide technical support and implementation assistance for project teams and business units.
• Monitor production runs and elevate issues to the project team.
• Implement and manage cybersecurity measures through continuous vulnerability assessment and risk management.
• Assist the team to design, build, and deploy applications on AWS, GCP, and Azure as directed by lead architects.
• Engage in all aspects of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) for cloud solutions.
• Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, fix problems, document solutions, and implement preventive measures.
• Build and maintain operational tools for deployment, monitoring, and analysis of cloud infrastructure.
• Manage and troubleshoot networking configurations and ensure network security.
• Perform Linux administration tasks on various distributions (e.g., Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL/RedHat).
