Job summary

RBS in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Software Engineer at AVP level to engineer and maintain innovative, high-performance software solutions for customers. You will work within a feature team, liaising with engineers, architects and business analysts across the platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years experience in AWS cloud engineering, infrastructure automation, and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience building and operating secure, scalable cloud platforms and supporting AI/GenAI workloads.
• Strong experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
• Experience with Terraform and CloudFormation for infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Proficiency in Python scripting, automation, and AWS SDKs (Boto3).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/ECS), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of CloudWatch, CloudTrail, logging, monitoring, and operational support.
• Understanding of security best practices, IAM, encryption, and platform governance.

What you’ll do
