Job summary

iFocus Systec is seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer with AWS, Databricks, and DevOps expertise to join our client engineering team on a full-time, remote basis across India.

Qualifications

Detailed Job Description

As a Cloud Engineer supporting iFocus Systec in a remote capacity across India, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of cloud infrastructure architecture, Databricks data engineering workflows, CI/CD pipeline automation, and data lifecycle management across mission-critical enterprise systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing, provisioning, and maintaining scalable, secure AWS cloud services including IAM, S3, VPC, Lambda, and ECS/EKS clusters, administering enterprise Databricks platforms featuring Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, and automated jobs and workflows, authoring high-performance Python and SQL scripts for data processing and pipeline automation, building, optimizing, and maintaining multi-stage CI/CD deployment pipelines utilizing GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI, developing robust Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates using Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK, containerizing application workloads using Docker and managing version control workflows via Git, collaborating closely with cross-functional software engineering, data science, security, and executive stakeholder squads in Agile sprint cycles, preparing comprehensive technical documentation of architecture blueprints, pipeline configs, and operational runbooks, and managing application requirements. You will utilize your proactive troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills to resolve complex cloud latency and data pipeline bottlenecks under strict service level agreements.
