Job summary

Purview Services in India is seeking a hands-on software professional skilled in GCP, Python, and Core Java to join our engineering team. You will build and maintain data pipelines, contribute to application design in BFSI contexts, and collaborate in an Agile environment. Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub) and change management is essential.

Candidates should be able to quickly acquire new skills and communicate clearly, documenting work and sharing ideas with peers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (GCP) and programming in Python and Java.
• Proficient in building data pipelines and data processing workflows.
• Experience with DevOps concepts and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with BFSI domain is desirable and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data pipelines and data processing workflows.
• Contribute to application design and development in BFSI/Banking domain.
• Participate in change management activities and document changes.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment and deliver production releases.

Job description

• Hands-on expertise GCP, Python, Core Java, Multi threading in Java.
• Working knowledge/Certification of any Cloud technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a must.
• Recent and advanced experience of building and maintaining data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience of Application Design & Development in BFSI/Banking domain is desirable
• Change management experience and familiarity with a change management tool
• Understanding of DevOps concepts and techniques
• Strong understanding and working experience with CI/CD and available tools i.e. usage of Jenkins, GITHUB
• Working experience in an agile environment
• Ability to quickly acquire new skills and tools
• Ability to resolve critical issues in timely manner
• Be a clear communicator, document your work, share your ideas
• Review and be reviewed by your peers
• Experience releasing to production what you developed and then supporting it
