Job summary

Sunovaa Tech is seeking a Senior Cloud Infrastructure/DevOps professional to design and manage automation across Azure, AWS, and On-Premises environments. You will implement IaC with Terraform, ARM/Bicep, or CloudFormation and develop automation scripts to streamline operations.

You will configure Dynatrace monitoring, self-healing capabilities, and ITSM automation with ServiceNow, collaborating with Cloud, DevOps, SRE, and Infra teams to boost reliability and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage automation solutions across Azure, AWS, and On-Premises infrastructure.

• Automate ITSM incident workflows via ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
• Support Windows, Linux, VMware, and Hyper-V in hybrid cloud environments.
• Collaborate with Cloud, DevOps, SRE, and Infra teams to improve reliability.
• Prepare technical docs, runbooks, and best practices using Dynatrace AI features.

Job description

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage automation solutions across Azure, AWS, and On-Premises infrastructure.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM/Bicep, or CloudFormation.
• Develop automation scripts and workflows using Python, PowerShell, or Bash to streamline infrastructure and operational tasks.
• Configure and optimize Dynatrace monitoring, dashboards, alerts, APIs, workflows, and event integrations.
• Design and implement self-healing and auto-remediation solutions using Dynatrace and automation tools.
• Automate ITSM incident and ticket assignment workflows through ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Integrate automation solutions with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
• Manage and support Windows, Linux, VMware, and Hyper-V environments in hybrid cloud infrastructures.
• Collaborate with Cloud, DevOps, SRE, and Infrastructure teams to improve system reliability and operational efficiency.
• Prepare technical documentation, automation runbooks, and implement automation best practices using Dynatrace Davis AI, Davis Co-Pilot, and Agentic AI.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 46 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, Infrastructure Automation, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Hybrid Cloud environments.
• Strong expertise in Terraform, Ansible, ARM/Bicep, or CloudFormation.
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting for automation.
• Experience with Dynatrace (SaaS or Managed), including monitoring, dashboards, APIs, workflows, and automation.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms for incident and ticket automation.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, Git, and DevOps workflows.
• Good understanding of Linux & Windows Server Administration, networking fundamentals, and virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Exposure to Kubernetes, container technologies, auto-remediation, self-healing systems, or SRE practices is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills with an automation-first mindset.
