Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Bengaluru is seeking a senior architect who defines and maintains architecture standards, mentors engineering teams on design and implementation, and collaborates with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. You will coordinate onsite and offshore teams to track deliveries, identify dependencies, monitor gaps, and escalate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of above-mentioned Technologies
• Willingness to learn and pilot innovations independently with minimal hand holding
• Define and maintain architecture standards and best practices
• Strong knowledge of cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud native services
• Good analytical abilities
• Good team management skills
• Knowledge of either of the core Domains (i.e. Banking and/ or payments) would be an added advantage
• Prior exposure to Customer-facing roles or Prospect interactions is MUST
• Identifies critical risks and classify their based criticality and work towards the mitigation plan
• Identification of back up plans to mitigate or reduce or eliminate risks or reoccurrence.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams on architectural decisions and implementation strategies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Coordinates onsite and offshore teams to keep track of deliveries.
• Provide review on critical dependencies on the program
• Monitor the gaps and make the right escalation to stakeholders.
