Job summary

Spaulding Ridge is seeking an experienced Legal Operations Consultant/CLM Specialist in Bengaluru to lead Ironclad and Agiloft implementations, design end‑to‑end CLM solutions, and drive client success across global teams.

You will customize templates, build integrations with ERP/CRM systems, and mentor teams while staying current with CLM platform capabilities and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • 4–5 years of experience working with Ironclad and/or Agiloft and CLM platforms.
  • Understanding of legal fundamentals, methods and procedures, with the ability to review contracts.
  • Strong understanding of contract management processes and workflows.
  • Proficiency in Ironclad and/or Agiloft API, eSignature, and CLM administration.
  • Experience with CLM configuration and customization.
  • Experience integrating Agiloft with systems such as CRM, ERP, and e-signature tools.
  • Familiarity with integration technologies including REST APIs, SOAP, XML, and JSON.
  • Experience in solution design and architecture for enterprise-level projects.
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical requirements from non-technical clients and team members, and explain technical topics clearly.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using the Ironclad and/or Agiloft platform.
  • Create and maintain integrations between Ironclad and/or Agiloft and other enterprise systems.
  • Develop and optimize workflows, templates, business rules, dashboards, and automation processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Ironclad and/or Agiloft implementations.
  • Build and customize contract templates on Agiloft and configure workflows, rules, and dashboards.
  • Work with APIs and connectors to support smooth data flow across connected systems.
  • Hands‑on expertise with Agiloft KB configuration, business rules, workflow automation, custom calculations, and data integration capabilities.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to demonstrate Ironclad and/or Agiloft/CLM capabilities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and proof‑of‑concept activities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create tailored solutions for potential clients.
  • Assist in preparing technical proposals and responding to RFPs.
  • Design and architect end‑to‑end solutions leveraging Ironclad and/or Agiloft/CLM platforms.
  • Create detailed solution designs and technical documentation.
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices to clients and internal teams.
  • Evaluate client requirements and propose appropriate Ironclad and/or Agiloft/CLM solutions.
  • Advise clients on Ironclad and/or Agiloft CLM best practices and industry standards.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with international teams and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance and best practices across projects.
  • Mentor and coach team members and help expand team expertise on Agiloft.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Ironclad and/or Agiloft/CLM features and industry trends.

What You Will Do and Learn

We are looking for an experienced Legal Operations Consultant/CLM Specialist to join our Legal Operations practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Ironclad and/or Agiloft Contract Lifecycle Management platforms, with the ability to contribute across implementation, pre-sales, solution architecture, integrations, and client success activities.

Ideal candidates will be able to:

Technical Expertise

  • Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using the Ironclad and/or Agiloft platform.
  • Create and maintain integrations between Ironclad and/or Agiloft and other enterprise systems.

Certification & Preferred Experience

  • Ironclad and/or Agiloft certifications such as Certified Administrator are required .
  • Experience with other CLM platforms such as Docusign, SpotDraft , Icertis, Conga, or Apttus is preferred.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
  • Understanding of legal and compliance requirements in contract management is preferred.
  • Experience working in agile development methodologies is preferred.
