Job summary

Proxima Skills Training & Consulting Services (opc) is seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Trial Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical trials in line with study protocols and GCP guidelines.

You will maintain study files, assist investigators, coordinate patient recruitment and visits, ensure informed consent, data entry, and regulatory documentation, while safeguarding patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating clinical trials.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
• Familiarity with trial documentation and ISF management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily clinical trial activities and maintain study documentation.
• Assist Principal Investigators and clinical research teams with trial-related activities.
• Maintain Investigator Site Files (ISF) and essential trial documents.
• Coordinate patient recruitment, screening, scheduling, and follow-up visits.
• Ensure informed consent forms and study records are properly maintained.
• Assist with data entry, query resolution, and trial documentation.
• Coordinate with investigators, sponsors, CRAs, and site staff.
• Track study timelines, patient visits, and protocol compliance.
• Support adverse event documentation and reporting as required.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient information and compliance with GCP.
