Job summary

Auriga Research Pvt. Ltd., Delhi, invites an M.Pharm/B.Pharm graduate with 2–3 years of clinical research experience to join as a CRA support role.

You will assist with site file maintenance, Investigator Site File organisation, and CRF completion reviews across assigned studies. Under CRA supervision, you will help with patient recruitment coordination, site initiation/monitoring, data query resolution, and basic study administration such as courier tracking and training records to build toward

Qualifications

• M.Pharm or B.Pharm graduate with up to 2-3 years of clinical research experience.
• Exposure to site coordination and documentation across 4-5 studies (academic, internship, or professional).
• Basic understanding of Good Clinical Practice principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site file maintenance and CRF completion reviews.
• Support patient recruitment coordination and screening log maintenance under CRA supervision.
• Shadow senior CRAs on site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits to build toward independent site management.
• Support routine data query resolution and follow-up documentation.
• Assist with study-level administrative tasks, including courier tracking, supply management, and meeting scheduling.
• Maintain records of training completion and site-specific requirements per study protocol.

Role & responsibilities

Learn segment-specific documentation requirements across Pharma Regulatory, Medical Device,

and AYUSH/Nutraceutical studies

• Shadow senior CRAs on site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits to build toward

independent site management

• Support routine data query resolution and follow-up documentation


• Assist with study-level administrative tasks, including courier tracking, supply management, and

meeting scheduling

• Maintain accurate records of training completion and site-specific requirements per study protocol

Required qualifications & experience

• M.Pharm / B.Pharm graduate, up to 2-3 years of relevant clinical research experience


• Exposure to site coordination and documentation practices, ideally across 4-5 studies (academic,

internship, or professional)
