Lead Scientist & Trainer – Clinical Research, Genomics & AI

Biotecnika is hiring a multi-skilled expert who can teach and mentor students in Clinical Research, NGS/Genomics, Bioinformatics, and AI/ML in Life Sciences, while also contributing to CRO research projects. This is a unique hybrid role suited for professionals with interdisciplinary expertise.

Key Responsibilities Training & Teaching

• Deliver classes on Clinical Research, ICH-GCP, regulatory affairs, clinical trial processes.
• Teach NGS & Genomics workflows (WGS/WES, RNA‑Seq, scRNA‑Seq, metagenomics).
• Teach Bioinformatics, Linux, Python/R, Galaxy/Colab‑based analysis.
• Deliver modules on AI/ML in Biology & Clinical Research (ML basics, DL, AlphaFold, Triall/Trialspark tools).
• Guide students in 3/6/12‑month projects: NGS pipelines, clinical analytics, ML modelling, drug discovery.
• Support publication‑quality research work.

Content Development

• Create PPTs, recorded lectures, study materials, SOPs, blogs & articles.
• Participate in YouTube sessions, webinars & workshops.

CRO Support

• Join client meetings, run analyses, deliver reports, support project execution.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s/PhD in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Pharmacy, Computational Biology.
• 2+ years experience in Clinical Research and/or NGS/Genomics/AI in Biology.
• Knowledge of: ICH‑GCP, clinical trial operations NGS tools (FastQC, BWA, GATK, STAR, DESeq2, QIIME2), Python/R, Linux, scikit‑learn, Machine learning fundamentals, Teaching or training experience preferred. Strong communication & presentation skills.
• Experience with AI tools in clinical trials
• Multi‑omics / CADD / QSAR exposure
• Clinical Research certifications (ACRP, CCRP, DIA)
