Job summary

Biopatrika in Bengaluru is seeking a proactive Clinical Research Data Analyst to coordinate sites, manage data and analyze clinical datasets. The role includes travel to partner hospitals and laboratories to ensure data quality and regulatory compliance.

You will apply Python/R to analyze data, validate models, and support data privacy and GCP standards in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

We’re Hiring Job Description: Clinical Research Data Analyst Place of work: Bengaluru (Requires travel & coordination with partner hospitals and clinical laboratories)

Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive, self-driven, highly passionate, purpose driven, detail-oriented Clinical Research Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Coordination: Act as the primary contact for clinicians and lab techs; ensure adherence to data collection protocols and GCP standards across hospital sites.
• Data Management: Manage secure data storage, resolve data queries, and enforce data privacy/ethical compliance (IRB/ICMR).
• Data Analysis: Clean, structure, and analyze clinical/lab datasets. Perform statistical testing, ROC analysis, and diagnostic validation.

Requirements

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis; hands-on experience with REDCap or EDC platforms; working knowledge of SQL.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with medical professionals and lab personnel.
• Regulatory: Knowledge of GCP guidelines, ethics committee approvals, and clinical data privacy.
• AI/ML Skills: Experience applying Machine Learning models to clinical, diagnostic, or sensor data for predictive modeling and classification.
• App Development: Experience developing or integrating cross-platform mobile/web applications for digital data collection, user and hardware interfacing and data analytics.
