Meril is seeking a proactive Clinical Research Associate/Coordinator to establish and maintain collaborations with hospitals, medical colleges, diagnostic centres, clinicians, and research institutions for healthcare research and AI-based medical technology projects.

The role requires 2-4 years of experience, strong communication and documentation skills, and the ability to travel across assigned geographical areas.

Qualifications

• 2-4 Years of experience in clinical research or coordination.
• Good documentation, reporting, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
• Basic knowledge of clinical research and institutional ethics processes.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work toward defined targets.

Responsabilités

• Identify and establish collaborations with hospitals, healthcare institutions, clinicians, and research partners.
• Conduct field visits, introductory meetings, and follow-ups with medical professionals and institutional stakeholders.
• Assess site feasibility, institutional capabilities, and potential collaboration opportunities.
• Coordinate institutional documentation, ethics submissions, and approvals follow-ups.
• Facilitate site onboarding and coordinate project initiation activities after the necessary approvals.
• Coordinate with clinical sites for study-related requirements, data collection, documentation, and project deliverables.
• Maintain site collaboration trackers, visit reports, meeting minutes, and progress updates.
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve operational issues and ensure timely execution of assigned activities.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective collaborators.
• Achieve assigned targets for site development, collaboration progress, and project execution.
