Job summary

healthworldhospitals in India invites a Clinical Research Professional to manage screening, enrolment, data entry and study logs across trials. You will ensure accurate recording of demographics, consent and enrolment details, and support routine data management activities.

You will coordinate with the PI, sponsor and EC, handle regulatory submissions, audits, and assist PI and DNB students with protocol writing and publication endeavors.

Qualifications

• Essential qualifications include degrees in pharmacy/pharmacology/pharmaceutics or related fields, plus clinical research credentials.

Responsibilities

• Obtain screening consent from volunteers and record demographics; maintain screening logs.
• Registration and monitoring of volunteers/study participants; maintain study logs and CRF documentation.
• Coordinate between principal investigator, sponsor, EC and stakeholders; assist with regulatory submissions and audits.
• Assist PI & DNB students in research, protocol writing and publication.

Job Description (JD)

Responsibilities:

• Obtain screening consent from the volunteer, Recording of Demographics, Filing of habit questionnaires,
• Recording details of screening and maintaining screening log,
• Receive volunteer age proof, address proof & photograph,
• Allotting volunteers database number and maintaining the same,
• Checking volunteer enrolment form and enrolment questionnaire,
• Registration and monitoring of volunteers / study participants
• Maintaining study flow,
• Recording and maintaining study logs,
• Ensuring the CRF and related documents are complete,
• Storage of protocols, files related to Clinical Trials, Thesis & Ethics Committee (EC),
• Facing internal & external audits related to clinical trials, EC,
• Coordination between principal investigator, sponsor, EC & other Stakeholders,
• Maintain required regulatory submissions,
• Screening patents and dispense drugs, ensure timely follow up visits, detect possible adverse events, regular patient monitoring, data analysis, data entry for Clinical Studies & research studies.
• Assist Principal Investigator (PI) & DNB students in research, protocol writing, publishing.
• Experience in medical writing & publication.
