Job summary

ElloMind in Kerala is seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist with active RCI registration to provide expert therapy in Malayalam. The role may be full-time or part-time and can be online or at our Kakkanad office. You will handle complex and higher-risk cases while upholding clinical standards across the team.

You will supervise junior and associate therapists, review documentation, and help shape intake criteria and protocols to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Recognised clinical psychology qualification, e.g. M.Phil.
• Active RCI registration as a Clinical Psychologist.
• 2–5 years' therapy practice since your M.Phil.
• Confident therapy in Malayalam.

Responsibilities

• Carry an adult caseload that includes complex and higher-risk presentations
• Run structured assessment, formulation and evidence-based treatment, and adapt it when it isn't working
• Supervise junior and associate therapists through case discussion and formulation review
• Review clinical documentation for quality and completeness
• Support risk-escalation decisions and coordinate with psychiatry when needed
• Help shape our intake criteria, referral pathways and clinical protocols
