Job summary

Intellect is seeking a Clinical Provider to support clients on their mental health journeys through our telehealth platform.

This freelance, remote role offers complete flexibility and can complement your current practice, with opportunities for occasional onsite work.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology (required).
• Expertise in CBT or other evidence-based approaches (MI, DBT, SFBT).
• Minimum of 300 post-master’s clinical hours.
• Fluent in English, Tamil, and Malayalam.
• Nice-to-have: EAP experience, adult counseling, or managerial coaching.
• Open to occasional onsite work.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth and/or onsite clinical support.
• Treat a broad range of cases including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, schizophrenia, and more.
• Partner with internal clinical team to improve programs and platform outcomes.
