Responsibilities

• Longitudinal Chart Synthesis: evaluate fragmented records for trends, contradictions, omissions, risks, and actions.
• Clinical Accuracy & Safety Review: ensure outputs are accurate, practical, evidence-aligned, and safe.
• Rubric Application & Scoring: apply defined evaluation criteria to assess outputs for quality and safety.
• Specialty Task Evaluation: review tasks across mobility, discharge planning, nutrition, diabetes, and other areas.
• Peer Review & Calibration: calibrate team members' work and maintain quality standards.
• Cross-Functional Review: coordinate across clinicians and payers for alignment.
• Iterative Refinement: update content based on calibration feedback.
• Escalation & Quality Ownership: raise ambiguities to the SME Lead for resolution.
