Join a company pairing scientific depth with modern data and technology to reshape how care is delivered for patients worldwide. Here, you will work at pace with supportive peers who share ideas openly-imagine clinicians, developers and data scientists around the same table, turning insights into action. We bring the scale and resources to tackle big challenges and the agility to test, learn and move fast. Your craft will grow through feedback, coaching and real responsibility, and your work will be felt in the clinic as we advance medicines across major disease areas. We value kindness alongside ambition and empower you to own outcomes that matter.
When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines. In-person working gives us the platform we need to connect, work at pace and challenge perceptions. That's why we work, on average, a minimum of three days per week from the office. But that doesn't mean we're not flexible. We balance the expectation of being in the office while respecting individual flexibility. To fully experience our collaborative, in‑person environment, candidates who are not based in the job location will need to relocate.
