What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in building dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision‑making
• Design, maintain, and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance
• Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to uncover meaningful trends and surface insights that support leadership decisions
• Translate complex healthcare datasets into clear, trusted outputs that drive improvements in care delivery and organizational efficiency
• Apply your domain expertise to evaluate, quality‑check, and improve AI‑generated outputs related to clinical analytics and healthcare data reasoning

Who You Are

• Experienced in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or data management within regulated environments
• Proven track record designing and managing BI systems — including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models
• Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets and understanding their real‑world implications
• Strong communicator who can translate technical findings into meaningful narratives for both clinical and operational stakeholders
• Self‑directed and reliable — you deliver quality work independently without hand‑holding

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems
• Familiarity with AI tools, LLM outputs, or AI training workflows
• Background in health informatics, population health, or value‑based care analytics
• Experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar BI platforms
