Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand the patient\'s physical, mental, and emotional constitution (prakrti) and current imbalances (vikrti).
  • Utilize Ayurvedic diagnostic techniques such as pulse examination (Nadi Pariksha) and tongue diagnosis to gather additional information.
  • Build a strong rapport with patients, actively listening to their concerns and addressing their health goals.
  • Develop personalized Ayurvedic treatment plans including herbal remedies, dietary changes, lifestyle adjustments, and therapies.
  • Consider the individual\'s unique constitution, specific health conditions, and any ongoing allopathic treatments.
  • Prescribe Ayurvedic medicines and herbal formulations tailored to the patient\'s needs and imbalances.
  • Provide detailed instructions on usage, dosage, and potential side effects of prescribed remedies.
  • Offer comprehensive dietary guidance based on Ayurvedic principles to balance the doshas and address health issues.
  • Consider seasonal variations and the patient\'s digestive capacity (Agni) when giving dietary recommendations.
  • Advise on lifestyle modifications, incorporating Ayurvedic daily and seasonal routines to promote optimal health.
  • Provide guidance on sleep hygiene, stress management, and incorporation of yoga and meditation into the patient\'s routine.
  • Schedule regular follow-up consultations to assess progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Monitor changes in symptoms, energy levels, and overall well-being to gauge effectiveness of interventions.
  • Conduct educational sessions to empower patients with a deeper understanding of Ayurvedic principles and practices.
  • Share insights on preventive healthcare, emphasizing balance and harmony for long-term well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient consultations, treatment plans, and outcomes.
  • Ensure confidentiality and privacy standards in all record-keeping activities.
  • Stay abreast of the latest research in Ayurvedic medicine and pursue ongoing education.
  • Attend conferences and participate in professional networks to continuously enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to provide integrated patient care.
