Job summary

Diligent is seeking a Client Success Advisor in Bengaluru to guide key clients in configuring, adopting, and optimizing a GRC platform, strengthening retention and uncovering expansion opportunities.

You will combine GRC expertise with advisory skills to shape practical solutions, improve platform usage, and build lasting partnerships across teams. This hybrid role requires travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in a client-facing role within audit, risk, compliance, or a related GRC environment.
• Strong knowledge of GRC concepts, regulations, industry standards, and software platforms.
• Experience translating audit, risk, compliance, or business questions into practical data analytics using ACL Analytics or similar tools.
• Ability to translate analytics results into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience translating complex business or technical requirements into practical client solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify challenges and recommend value-focused solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements, prioritize effectively, and travel to client sites when needed.
