Job summary

Diligent is seeking a Client Success Advisor to help organizations derive measurable business value from our GRC platform. You’ll guide key clients in configuring, adopting, and optimizing GRC solutions to strengthen retention and uncover expansion opportunities.

You will combine GRC expertise with advisory skills to shape practical solutions, improve platform usage, and build lasting partnerships. Your role influences outcomes and informs product and GTM teams.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of client-facing experience in audit, risk, compliance, or related GRC environment.
• Strong knowledge of GRC concepts, regulations, industry standards, and software platforms.
• Experience translating analytics into practical data insights using ACL Analytics or similar tools.
• Ability to translate analytics results into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience translating complex business or technical requirements into practical client solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify challenges and recommend value-focused solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements, prioritize effectively, and travel to client sites when needed.

• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Support, and Sales teams to improve solutions based on real-world client needs.
• Monitor regulatory developments, industry trends, and emerging GRC best practices to provide proactive, trusted advice.
