The role focuses on treasurers and finance departments of corporate and commercial clients and financial institutions worldwide, offering truly integrated and effective solutions.

Overview

Trust and Agency Service (TAS): Deutsche Bank’s Trust and Agency Services team, with offices globally, is a leader in administrative and fiduciary services to the debt and equity markets. It supports structures from the simplest to the most complex, covering Asset Backed Securities, CLOs, Managed accounts, Corporate Debt, Escrows, Project Finance, Loan Agency, and Depositary Receipts.

Summary
  • Responsible for a broad portfolio of conventional debt and securitization transactions, engaging directly with transaction parties and administering structured and non-structured debt issuances.
  • Supports end‑to‑end service delivery to clients on a day‑to‑day basis, ensuring requirements are met accurately and timely.
  • Processes client transactions and instructions, maintains internal systems, and produces reports to support the front office.
  • Coverage of European working hours supporting the EMEA business.
  • Corporate title varies with experience.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Corporate Trust EMEA business across a portfolio of CLO deals within Structured Finance vertical.
  • Complete client & deal management system records accurately and on time.
  • Process and settle deal‑related transactions, including account opening, payments, investments, and securities settlements.
  • Interact with deal parties (e.g., swap counterparties) to maintain accurate deal portfolios and facilitate payment & reporting obligations.
  • Monitor and reconcile client ledgers, bank ledger, fee billing, late payment claims, and operational MIS break reports.
  • Ensure daily accuracy of Structured Finance deal portfolios, loading new assets and maintaining existing collateral, swap, and liability data.
  • Assist in the preparation of periodic cash manager, investor, and payment date reports and respond to corporate action events.
  • Escalate client or operational problems to team leaders or department heads.
  • Support team members, leaders, and department heads on an ongoing basis.
  • Ad‑hoc projects as required.
Your Skills And Experience
  • Experience in investment or corporate banking administration.
  • Experience in CLO administration and/or loan operations.
  • Good understanding of fixed income and debt capital markets.
  • Familiarity with debt capital markets transaction documentation (advantageous).
  • Knowledge of banking operations and SWIFT/payment processing.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and strong reconciliation skills.
  • Experience interacting widely within a financial service organization.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and work as part of a team and individually.
  • Fluent written and spoken English essential.
