Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Converts client requirements into operational work requests, monitors progress, and updates stakeholders.
• Obtain, examine and prepare client data for Intake.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving client issues with data.
• Handle Relativity items including user requests and database management.
• Provide matter-specific support on privilege logs, media tracking and reporting.
• Understand project budgets and obtain approvals before incurring costs outside estimates.
• Ensure smooth handoffs between shifts and maintain client updates.
• Drive overall client satisfaction through effective coordination of deliverables.

Successful candidates will have relevant experience in service delivery in eDiscovery, as well as a proven history of execution in a fast-paced environment.The Associate Project Manager is primarily responsible for making sure the client receives the proper service through proactive attention to planning, analysis, execution, and proper close-out on a project.
