Job summary

State Street Corporation in Bengaluru seeks a detail‑oriented reporting specialist to produce client investment reports and factsheets, and to design templates in Excel and PowerPoint. The role requires strong MS Office skills, attention to quality, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities include coordinating with upstream teams, prioritizing requests by client deadlines, and performing quality checks while supporting the team with template customization and documentation.

Qualifications

• MS Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Word proficiency is required.
• Asset/Financial management certification is preferred.
• Experience with formatting and templating in Adobe packages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly client reports and factsheets with high accuracy.
• Create and customize templates in Excel and PowerPoint as per requirements.
• Coordinate with upstream teams and communicate status to client-facing teams.
• Perform quality checks and monitor team inbox to prioritize requests by deadlines.
• Support associates and ensure end-of-day handover procedures are followed.

Who we are looking for

Working in-line with SSgA’s brand specifications and are responsible for creating client reports, factsheets and new template designs as per the business requirements SSgA is a global leader in asset management relied on by sophisticated institutions worldwide for their investment needs.

What you will be responsible for Process Daily/Weekly/Monthly Client Investment Reports, Factsheet and Ad-hoc queries are completed with 100% accuracy Process Daily/Weekly/Monthly Client Investment Reports, Factsheet and Ad-hoc queries are completed with 100% accuracy Follow-up with upstream team and communicate report status with client facing team or client as necessary Supporting and helping the associates and perform the quality check as per the procedure Monitor and observe the Team Group Inbox and prioritize the requests as per the client deadline Ability work under tight deadlines and capable of creating customized templates both in Excel and Powerpoint Ensure to check and handover the EOD procedure to TLs according to the task Minimum 2-3 Years of experience in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PDF) Willingness to work in shifts
