Deutsche Bank AG in Mumbai invites a Client Implementation Analyst to join the onshore implementation team. You will coordinate documentation for new/sub-account openings, account updates and related product setups, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

You will collaborate with global teams, manage archival and verification processes, and support ongoing workflow improvements using your IT and analytical skills, while upholding compliance and data ethics.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Cash Management/Trade Finance Implementation & documentation role.
• Experience in IT systems administration/Networking will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
• Analytical capabilities and logical thinking.
• Strong team player: be part of a global/regional team, communicating, managing and cooperating closely on a local/regional/global level.
• Education: University degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Language skills: fluency in English.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with onshore implementation and service teams on documentation for new/sub-account openings, account closures, updates and product setups.
• Manage implementation and documentation requirements including signature verification and digitized archival.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of document packages to onshore requestors.
• Work with implementation and product management on CIS/CSA workflows.
• Coordinate with internal parties to ensure all related setups are in place.
• Distribute documents to other DB branches/department as needed.
• Escalate issues with respective L2 support teams.
• Provide bank letters based on templates and procedures.
• Document and update tasks using Adonis, and manage cases with internal case management tool.

Your key responsibilities

• Liaise and work with onshore implementation and service team on all documentation that covers new/sub-account opening, account closure, account mandate updates, account amendments, as well as setup on GTB Products.
• Manage implementation, maintenance related documentation requirements including signature verification, digitized document archival.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of required document package to onshore requestor with quality
• Work closely with implementation and product management on procedures/workflow concerning product documentation eg. CIS, CSA.
• Coordinate with internal parties to ensure all related setups are in place.
• Distribute documents to other DB branches/department if needed
• Escalate issues with respective L2 support teams
• Be able to provide Bank letters based on template and procedure defined
• Tasks being performed by the team to be documented and up-to-dated using Adonis
• Manage each cases using internal case management tool

The person required for the above position should have the following profile:
