Client Financial Management (CFM) is responsible for delivering business advisory services to Accenture client teams throughout the lifecycle of a contract. Our professionals are accountable for driving financial health and improved business results by providing analysis and advice to internal Accenture client leads. CFM’s primary corporate finance activities include accurate forecasting and reporting, cash flow optimization, and financial analysis. Co-ordinating with internal and external auditors. Ensuring all accounting meets the US-GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements in relation to Revenue and Cost accounting. Need to interpret the contractual documents with client to derive the right accounting method . Client Financial Management involves overseeing and managing the financial aspects of client accounts. This includes Revenue assurance , budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and financial reporting. The goal is to ensure accurate financial tracking and support client profitability. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and advising clients on financial matters. This role is essential for maintaining strong financial health and client satisfaction. Financial planning and analysis (FP&A) refer to the processes designed to help organizations accurately plan, forecast, and budget to support the company’s major business decisions and future financial health. Managing the contract profit & loss management and advisory services to client and corporate leadership teams. Design and implementation of tools and processes which enable the client to perform financial analysis of its statements. Involves the ability to assess materiality and volatility of financial statement line items and key metrics utilizing financial ratios to determine the financial health of the company.
