  • Conduct thorough investigations to establish AML typologies and produce accurate reports of findings.
  • Identify opportunities to refine processes, increase operational efficiencies, and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Analyze transaction data to identify patterns and verify legitimacy, interacting with bankers and customers to obtain necessary information.

As a Client Data Analyst in Operations, you will review and enhance data collection and verification processes to ensure KYC records are accurate and complete. Your organizational skills will help you manage multiple priorities efficiently. You’ll use digital tools to streamline workflows and improve the client experience. In this role, you’ll promote thought leadership and encourage a culture of accountability and risk awareness. Your contributions will help drive best-in-class service across the team.

Job responsibilities

  • Experience with mainframe and PC-based systems, and digital process automation.
  • Project management and process improvement experience.
  • Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
