• Ensure accurate and timely processing of claims, adhering to service level agreements and quality standards.
• Maintain detailed documentation and records for each claim processed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as providers, payers, and other stakeholders, to resolve queries or issues related to claims.
• Continuously update knowledge and skills to stay abreast of changes in policies, regulations, and best practices in the US Healthcare domain.
