Nature of Work Experience

Analysis and design of RCC and steel structures for different industrial plants & Commercial Buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• Able to independently do the framing of both steel & RCC structures, apply loads on the elements of the structure, analyze the structures on the software platforms, understand the output results from the analysis of structures & design the different elements of the structure based on I.S. codal provisions.
• Should be conversant with different IS codal provisions and be able to interpret the different provisions of IS codes.
• Shall have very good knowledge in Microsoft Excel which shall enable him/her to generate automated excel sheets for design of footings, columns, beams etc. using macros (as required).
• Should be able to give proper inputs to for drafting, check the prepared drawings w.r.t the design outputs and release the drawings for construction.
• Lead the detailed design and review of structural design drawings, covering conceptual to detailed design phase, ensuring compliance with technical codes standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation as required.
