Job summary

Sky Enterprise in Maharashtra is seeking a knowledgeable Construction Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring civil works follow project plans, drawings and specifications.

You will monitor contractors and subcontractors for safety and quality, conduct regular inspections, coordinate with project managers, engineers and vendors, and maintain accurate site reports and documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience supervising civil construction projects; industrial experience is a plus.

Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of construction progress, including daily logs, reports, and photographs.
• Ensure all necessary documentation, including permits and licenses, are up to date and available on site.

Problem Solving

• Identify potential issues and implement solutions to mitigate any risks or delays.
• Address any complaints or concerns from workers, contractors, or stakeholders promptly and effectively.

Education

1. Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience

1. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in supervising civil construction projects.
2. Experience in industrial construction, preferably in the food or spices industry, is an advantage.
