Larsen & Toubro requires a seasoned civil construction professional to supervise site activities, ensuring quality and safety on mega projects. The role emphasizes strong leadership, proactive resource planning, and effective coordination with contractors and clients.

The successful candidate will leverage digital tools to enhance site efficiency, exercise sound cost-control decisions, and maintain rigorous adherence to SOPs across all work areas.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
• Experience supervising large to mega construction projects
• Proficiency in digital tools to improve site efficiency
• Strong communication with peers, subordinates, customers and subcontractors

• Supervise the civil construcion works effectively for quality and safety aspects
• Communicate well with peer and sub-ordinate groups and also with customers and sub-contractors
• Demonstrate well the relevant experience in the civil construction preferably experience in large to Mega construction projects4.use the latest relevant digital tools to improve the efficiency of construction at site.
• Able to lead the team by being a good team player
• Good at anaytical skills. take intiatives to control the cost.
• Good at Decision making related to the work
• Plan and organise the required resources on time pro-actively for the works planned
• Able to co-ordinate with all the internal and external stake holders and understand their stake at the project10. able to understand the SOPs and comply to them and ensure the same is imlemented in his work area
