Role & Responsibilities
Total Experience Required: 5+ years of relevant experience in Residential Projects / Residential Building.
Minimum Experience in High Rise Building: 3 years.
Experience on Large Scale High Rise Projects / Mega Projects: Yes.
Immediate Joiners preferred or candidates who can join within 15-20 days maximum.
Project Planning & Coordination
- Assist in preparing project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and resource plans.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs for accuracy and feasibility.
- Support in planning daily, weekly, and monthly site activities.
Site Execution & Supervision
- Monitor day-to-day civil construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and quality standards.
- Ensure proper execution of structural, finishing, and infrastructure works as per project milestones.
- Verify levels, dimensions, and alignments before execution.
- Supervise contractor workforce and allocate tasks to ensure productivity.
Quality Control & Compliance
- Inspect materials, workmanship, and installation methods to ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures.
- Conduct checks on shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental norms, and statutory requirements.
Material Management
- Prepare and verify material requisitions based on project needs.
- Maintain stock records and coordinate with the procurement team for timely supply of materials.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and utilization of materials to reduce wastage.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily progress reports (DPR), work measurement sheets, and site logs.
- Maintain documentation for inspections, quality tests, contractor bills, and site instructions.
- Assist in preparing monthly progress reports for management review.
Contractor / Vendor Management
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure completion of tasks within deadlines.
- Verify and certify contractor bills as per actual measurements.
- Resolve site issues and coordinate for timely decisions.
Cost & Time Control
- Track project progress against baseline schedule to identify delays and constraints.
- Assist in controlling site expenses and minimizing rework.
- Report deviations and recommend corrective actions.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
- Ensure all activities are executed following safety guidelines.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings as required.
- Report unsafe practices or near-miss incidents to the HSE team.
