Armson Homes is seeking a Civil Engineer with strong AutoCAD and design skills to join our team. The role involves design preparation, AutoCAD drafting, customer interaction, site visits, and project coordination.

The candidate should be technically sound, comfortable interacting with customers, and capable of taking a project from design discussions through site execution. Willingness to travel and collaborate with multiple teams is essential.

Competenze

• B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of experience in civil engineering, construction, residential projects, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Good understanding of building plans, construction drawings, dimensions, and detailing.
• Practical knowledge of residential construction and site execution.
• Willingness to travel for regular site visits.
• Good customer interaction and communication skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and convert them into drawings/design solutions.
• Knowledge of quantity estimation and basic construction measurements will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of SketchUp / 3D software will be an added advantage.
