Job summary

Prodigy Recruitment & Consulting is seeking a senior sales leader to drive the Wealth Management / Affluent Banking Channel, with a focus on cross-selling Life Insurance to Ultra HNI bank customers. The role requires leveraging bank relationships in an Open Architecture setup.

You will train and motivate the Territory Sales Team and bank employees, own Sales RnR and business achievement metrics, and ensure alignment with banca alliances.

Qualifications

• Minimum Graduate from any stream with minimum 10+ year of Insurance experience with Banca & Alliances background is must.
• High dependency on Bank relationships in Open Architecture scenario alignment.
