Brotomotiv is seeking a Senior Videographer for YouTube and digital content to lead filming for automotive projects. You will plan, shoot, and deliver compelling videos for YouTube, social media, and marketing campaigns, handling cameras, lighting, and sound to meet brand standards.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of professional videography experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing cinematic videography, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Expertise in camera operation, lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Hands-on experience with Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, or similar professional camera systems.
• Experience using gimbals, drones, sliders, and wireless audio systems.
• Good understanding of colour science and production workflows.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro is an advantage.
• Strong communication, planning, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and capture high-quality videos for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
• Film automotive detailing, restorations, modifications, customer stories, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Operate DSLR, mirrorless, and cinema cameras, along with gimbals, drones, sliders, and other filmmaking equipment.
• Set up professional lighting and audio for interviews, workshops, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and editing teams to execute content strategies.
• Ensure proper framing, camera movements, exposure, and focus for every shoot.
• Travel to shoot vehicles, events, customer locations, and special projects when required.
• Maintain organized backups and media management throughout the production process.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, and delivering high-quality video footage for YouTube, social media, and marketing campaigns. This role requires expertise in camera operation, lighting, composition, and cinematic filmmaking.

Required Skills
