Job summary

1% Club in Mumbai is seeking a creative videographer/Content Producer to shoot engaging video content for Instagram, YouTube, and branded campaigns across multiple creators under Finance with Sharan.

You'll plan framing, lighting, camera movement, and sound; assist with studio and outdoor shoots; collaborate with editors for post-production; stay current with camera trends to elevate our visual storytelling.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of camera angles, composition, and shot planning.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and storytelling.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced shoot environments and collaborate with multiple creators.
• Familiarity with short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts) is a major plus.
• Passion for finance or lifestyle content and strong visuals.

• Collaborate with the content and partnerships team to bring campaign ideas to life through strong visuals and storytelling.
• Plan and execute shoots — from framing, lighting, and camera movement to sound and setup.
• Assist in studio and outdoor shoots, ensuring all production equipment is managed efficiently.
• Capture high-quality B-rolls, behind-the-scenes, and lifestyle shots that align with our creator brand aesthetic.
• Work closely with editors to ensure smooth post-production workflows.
• Stay updated with new camera trends, shooting styles, and visual storytelling techniques.
