The successful candidate will bring an MBA with 5–7 years post-MBA experience, ideally from IIT/IIM, and a strong background in strategy, performance management, and working with promoters to drive execution in a challenging manufacturing setting.

• Lead Balanced Scorecard reviews and coordinate cross-functional delivery of KPIs.

Strategic Growth

• Drive long-term business growth and value creation initiatives.
